Yamaha scooters to be launched

Japanese two-wheeler maker Yamaha said it will introduce scooters in the Indian market.The Yamaha company is currently conducting a feasibility study on the scooter market. The company believes in the market potential, the study is expected to be complete by the middle of this year.The study is focusing on areas such as the models to be introduced and possible timeframe for the launch in the country.Yamaha has made available three scooters -50 cc Neo, 115cc Fino and 135cc Spark- across selected dealers in India to measure the market response.
