Anupama in Bollywood

Anupama Kumar, who played Cheran’s mother in a wink-and-you-miss-role, is moving to Bollywood. She plays a role in Vishal Bharadwaj’s next film Ishqiya alongside Vidya Balan, Arshad Warsi and Nasrudeen Shah.She has been in the small screen for more than fourteen years as a Producer, Anchor, Visualizer, Journalist and Channel Producer, Anupama is currently acting in films. She has also modelled for numerous products and has been cast in many sitcoms. She is also acting in the Telugu film Fruit Salad.

Ash again on Oprah Winfrey show

In the year 2005 Aishwarya Rai made it to the popular television channel show in the US - The Oprah Winfrey Show. After four years, the actress will once again take part in the show and this time around her hubby Abhishek Bachchan would be accompanying her.Ash and Abhi will talk about life post marriage and the family values.It is worth a mention here that Oprah Winfrey appeared in the 2005 show draped in a saree.

Vishal teams with Priyanka Chopra

Vishal Bharadwaj’s Kaminey has been declared a box office hit and the director is naturally in cloud nine.He first entered the filmdom as music composer in Maachis in 1996 there was no looking back for Vishal. He first took up the director’s mantle in the year 2002 for Makdee with some relatively unknown faces in the Hindi cinema except Shabana Azmi and is known for churning out big hits by casting small time actors in his films. However, in his latest release Kaminey he had Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra and still proved that he can give a smash hit with established actors as well.Vishal is working on his next venture that is all set to have Priyanka Chopra again.The male lead would be played by Hrithik Roshan.

Steps For Girls To Remain Slim -- Part 2

* As far as possible avoid weight loss supplements.

* When you have cravings for sweets, take a fruit instead.

* When you have cravings for certain type of food like chocolates or ice cream, once in a while, you can take in small quantities .

* Take fruits and vegetables which has lot of water content like watermelons, cucumbers and white pumpkin..

* Keep yourself engaged as boredom leads to overeating.

* Drink lot of water, at least 8 glasses per day.

* Use the stairs instead of lift. Park the car a little far away and walk to your office. Use every opportunity to be physically active.

* Walk, Walk and Walk as much as possible .Even if you are busy, go for walk at least 5 days a week.

* Aerobic exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, running accelerates weight loss. Consult a physician before starting any weight loss program.. Aerobic exercise combined with healthy eating will certainly help in weight reduction.

* Make your exercise session enjoyable.

* Keep yourself free of stress

Steps For Girls To Remain Slim -- Part 1

Every girl tries to keep their body slim such that everyone has to sight them.Now size zero has become more popular around the world.Here I've provided some of the tips to keep their body slim.

  • First of all we must be determined to remain slim and work towards it. Develop a mind set towards it.
  • Set realistic goals.
  • Make lifestyle changes like giving up alcohol, smoking, avoiding fatty food, refined food,..
  • Include fresh foods as far as possible as processed foods tend to contain high level of salt and sugar
  • Do not expect immediate results.
  • Never go for crash diets instead reduce weight gradually and slowly.
  • Never skip meals as you tend to eat more, the next meal. Do not skip breakfast in particular.
  • Include lot of fiber in your diet as it gives a feeling of fullness, thereby preventing you from gorging spicy and fatty food.
  • Nuts contain lot of fiber .They are satisfying and cause people to eat less at meal time.
  • Take warm lime juice mixed with honey the first thing in the morning.
  • Go for skimmed milk.

Tips for White Teeth

Brush your teeth with salt; put the salt on the toothbrush instead of regular toothpaste.Mix baking soda into your regular toothpaste and brush your teeth with this mixture. You should see results within weeks.Use lemon juice to brush your teeth.Hydrogen peroxide is an effective chemical used to whiten teeth.Brushing your teeth daily for one minute will give quick results.Take some foil and fold it to form to your teeth. Take a little toothpaste and baking soda and mix together really well. Put some of the mixture into the foil and place on your teeth. Leave on for one-hour everyday. Brush teeth normally afterwards. You will notice whiter teeth in just a few days.Just try this out and see the difference.
